- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Tenderloin:
- Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the Beef: Rub the beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
- Sear the Tenderloin: Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Roast: Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time for your preferred doneness.
- Rest: Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
