Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails, split in half
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell and gently pull the meat out, placing it over the shell. Brush with melted butter, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until opaque and tender.
- In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. SautΓ© garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth. Add lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
