Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails, split in half
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell and gently pull the meat out, placing it over the shell. Brush with melted butter, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until opaque and tender.
  3. In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. SautΓ© garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth. Add lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
