Ingredients:
500 grams of beef chuck, chopped
200 grams of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
500 milliliters of beef broth
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Directions:
Sear the Beef: In a large pot over medium-high heat, warm the vegetable oil. Add the beef chunks and sear until evenly browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
