Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (for blackening)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Blacken the Steak: Season the steak with Cajun seasoning. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Blacken the Shrimp: Season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning. In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp until pink and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
5️⃣ Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Stir in the blackened steak and shrimp.
6️⃣ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
