Ingredients:
For the Potatoes:
3 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced into thick rounds
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Beef Stir-Fry:
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green chili, sliced (optional for spice)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional for sweetness)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup beef broth or water
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water for thickening)
Directions:
Prepare the Potatoes:
Boil the potato slices in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
