Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (divided)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (optional)
  • Oil for frying
